Anti-corruption training for Kinross – Lobo Marte mining company workers

The Lobo Marte project is a gold deposit located in the Maricunga strip, 160 kilometers east of Copiapó, at an altitude of approximately 4,200 meters above sea level.

In 2009, the project was acquired by Kinross Gold Corporation. According to the Scoping Study completed in 2019, Lobo Marte has over 7 million ounces of gold, measured and indicated mineral resources, with an average grade of 1.2 grams per tonne.

As part of the continuous improvement of the employees of this company and its parent company Kinross Gold Corporation Canada,  a series of meetings focused on anti-corruption training were held for some key staff in Chile during the month of February.

For the international communication of these trainings and knowledge transfer, Kinross – Lobo Marte counted with the services of our company MundoChile Ltda., which through its interpreters in remote format, was a great support in technical and professional terms, thus contributing to the achievement of the objectives of this important mining company.
