Talk on «Constituent processes in a context of polarization»

The Center for Public Studies (Centro de Estudios Públicos, CEP) based in Santiago, in collaboration with the Law School of the Universidad Diego Portales (UDP), hosted the interesting seminar «Constituent processes in contexts of polarization: lessons from South Africa» from its renovated auditorium (hybrid event).

This activity took place on Thursday, November 11 at 5:00 pm, and it was streamed through Emol TV, being simultaneously translated by MundoChile’s professional interpreters.

The main speaker was Heinz Klug, Academic from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA) and the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa).

Eugenio García-Huidobro, researcher at the Center for Public Studies, and Marcela Ríos, Chile’s UNDP Assistant Resident Representative, were also present for the remarks and discussions in the course of this activity.
