Produce Marketing Association (PMA) launched the first PMA Fruittrade Latin America in November, transforming Chile into the hub of the fruit and vegetable industry – an important event showcasing Latin America to the world, jointly organized with Fedefruta and ProChile. Over 2,100 industry leaders met in a state of the art Fruit Producers Convention, featuring the First Internationalization Seminar with the participation of purchasers, supermarkets, producers/exporters and supply chains. Producers, purchasers, exporters and agricultural suppliers from the Latin American region and the rest of the world were invited to the event. MundoChile had the opportunity to participate in this important event, providing professional simultaneous interpretation services in both English and Spanish for the seminars and conferences, in addition to providing a team of consecutive interpreters in Chinese, Portuguese, French, Spanish and English during the intense and productive Business Forum held during this convention.
