Meetings between the international transport company LOTS Group and Chilean mining companies

LOTS is an independent Swedish company that belongs to the Scania Group, which is one of the world's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

LOTS’s extensive technical and industrial experience means that it is well equipped to offer higher standard transport solutions, designing and operating sustainable mine transport systems, among other services. These systems have a reduced environmental footprint, promote local business and minimize non-productive activities.

In the case of operating mines and quarries, the analysis and efficiency proposal is begun for a rationalized transport, with the operation of complete transport flows from the mine to the port.

In this context, and in order to promote and offer its services to mining companies in Chile, LOTS Group met with its Chilean contacts at the different mines and sites in the IV region.

For these meetings, MundoChile provided LOTS with a mining-specialized interpreter, who was also qualified and who passed the physical examinations required to access these facilities, achieving excellent results in the negotiations in the country.
