60th Annual Meeting of the International Association of Judges (IAJ)

Chile was chosen for the 60th Annual Meeting of the International Association of Judges (IAJ) in the context of the last meeting held in the City of Mexico. In this opportunity, judges from around the world and other participants met at the Sheraton Hotel in Santiago from 12 to 16 November, 2017.

The International Union of Judges (UIM), or International Association of Judges (IAJ) is an international organization of a professional, global and apolitical character that brings together national associations of judges from 85 countries around the world, being Chile an active member of the same through the National Association of Magistrates of the Judicial Power of Chile (ANM).

In this opportunity, MundoChile had the important mission of coordinating the simultaneous interpretation services in the language combinations English – Spanish and French – Spanish in all the breakout sessions (4 meeting rooms) throughout the duration of this meeting. MundoChile provided the service of 16 interpreters in 8 booths daily, in order to ensure the correct development of this meeting and the appropriate understanding between the delegates.
